When my wife and I check our sons' Screen Time data on our respective iPhones, my wife's shows the correct results. For example, our younger son had something like 2 hours total use on Thursday with the bulk of it being some game. When I checked the same son on *my* device, it only showed like 8 minutes total usage for the entire day. So there is a total mismatch in terms of what my wife's iPhone tells her about my son's usage and what my iPhone tells me about the same son's usage.

The other bug is, for that same son, if I look at his 7 day average, it shows something like 24 hours in the settings app or something ridiculous like that. I didn't check what my wife's iPhone shows for the same son, but I'd guess hers would show the correct data.

Any suggestions as to the cause and a potential fix?
