Have any of you noticed that these signs of "Marble" inside Safari 4 or are these just new looks that have nothing to do with a new GUI?

Good finds! (I don't have Safari 4 final.) They look to be additional evidence of Marble…or at least GUI updates.

And your evidence behind marble is?

If anything it looks like the iPhone. Which is where Marble would likely go.

Yeah, I do agree that Safari 4 does have Marble elements to it. However, from what we've heard is that the latest developer build of Snow Leopard does not feature the Marble theme. It could be coming later this summer though in time for a September release.

No, what they showed at WWDC is pretty much it. A new interface would have been debuted then. As it stands, they are in feature freeze.

They would never never never do that. It's something people will pay for it's not just a point release material. Point releases are bug fixes and "duh, that should have been there" features like the Time Machine menu bar icon.

They happily did it when the released leopard with the uniform windows after WWDC. Developers don't need the new look to make there apps.

Not sure about that. Some icons/buttons might be hard to see
if the interface changes radically.
