Can anyone help me with one of two things?

Since Bootcamp Assistant refused to let me have more than 20GBs of space for Windows, I need to either cut up my external or give the Windows FAT32 partition more space on my main drive.

So, my question is, how do I either

A. Add extra space to a FAT32 partition, or
B. Partition my HFS+ external to something Windows can read

without destroying the data on the drives? (because I have nowhere to put it)

You can adjust the Mac partition on the fly, but you'd have to make it another volume for Windows data, since Window's can't adjust on the fly.

Paragon's thing nearly destroyed my Windows partition (hooray for Last Known Good), the Winclone method won't work (Boot Camp refuses to allow Windows to be installed with a partition larger than twice it's free space), and the other methods are too expensive...

Is there no other way to give windows more space?
