I've read several other threads here regarding problems with the Witcher 2 and/or upgrading the drivers for the 6970m on Bootcamp, but none of them have solved my problem.
I was playing the Witcher 2 for about a week, everything was running mostly fine at 1080p, full screen, AA off, SSAO off, ubersampling off, and most everything else set to high. Then one day I decided to upgrade the graphics drivers, and the game has been running horribly ever since.
I've tried the beta drivers people have mentioned, hotfixes, uninstalling/reinstalling all ATI software and drivers and doing it from scratch (and yes I always make sure I'm installing the mobility drivers) with no luck. I've even tried reverting back to the original bootcamp drivers, and *still*, everything is choppy and terrible. What the heck is going on?? Anyone have any ideas??
