Most Common Video Recording Setting?

Hello!

Just curious what the average user sets their video recording resolution at. I am not a professional and don’t do any editing or anything like that. Basically just videos of family events. I am using the iPhone 13
Pro Max, but will have the 15 Pro Max in a few days. Should 1080 at 60 be fine or do you use one of the 4K settings? Suggestions to have a happy medium between good quality and not take a ton of storage?
