I'm paranoid that i may lose my photos..icloud only lets me store 1000 (id be happy to pay to store them all)..so how do i get iphoto to transfer all my photos onto dropbox? this would mean that it uploads all new photos i take automatically

thanks!

You seem to be looking for a backup program... but dropbox is primarily a synchronization program. While dropbox can be used for simple backup... it is not its main purpose.

I recommend you develop a good backup strategy for your computer. I suggest using Time Machine for local backup, and more importunely... a cloud based backup solution. I use Time Machine and Crashplan+. CP+ is dirt cheap and gives you unlimited secure automatic backup.
