Today I wanted to just play with all the applications I have that I might have not used yet, and when I attempt to launch the programs I get an error message saying "The application quit unexpectedly."
I thought this was weird and figured maybe none of these applications, like Automator, Calculator, Activity Monitor, Disk Utility, etc weren't compatible with Leopard. Then I thought that was weird. So I dragged my Systems Preference icon in the folder down to my Dock, and it was the old icon image from Tiger. When I open System Preferences with the Apple link at the top left I get a newer icon in my dock. I don't have Spaces, or Time Machine in my Applications folder. They are elsewhere.
I archived & installed so I don't understand why this is happening.
Do I really have the Tiger Application Folder still? I'm lost!
- Chris.
EDIT: I'm an idiot - they were my Tiger Applications. Leopard installer didn't replace them in the Applications dock stack nor on the sidebar in finder. Did it manually. Sorry!
