It's just that DeVry is trying to draw people to its computer degree programs with an attempt at a clever ad directed at those who think computers are "sexy." The irony is that the computer they show is butt-ugly. So yes, the original post pokes fun at both DeVry and the computer.

And it also pokes fun at MR members who do think computers (Macs, at least) are sexy.
