Most Recent "safe" iTunes?

What is the most recent version of iTunes I can use with my iPhone that is unlocked and jailbroken? I want to make sure that I don't end up bricking my phone. I'm pretty sure I don'thave to worry about that (at least until version 7.5 comes out), but I want to make sure. Thanks!

umm... 7.5 is out. now. I dont know about jailbroken, etc... but it didnt break iToner.
