What is the most secure, reliable electronic method for *receiving* payment for in-person transactions?

I’m cleaning house and selling some personal belongings on Facebook/Craigslist, including some old computers I've wiped, and for the sake of payment security I have dealt in cash only so far. But of course, people want to pay with a multitude of mobile payment apps.

So I’m wondering... for in person transactions — in other words, I’m not shipping the items, the buyer has the item in hand when they pay me and there’s no way the seller (me) could be scamming them — what’s the safest way for ME to receive money electronically? I have PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay currently. People always ask about Cash App which I have never used.

The most important criteria for me as a seller would be:

1) Inability for buyer to cancel, charge back, disconnect bank account, etc. or otherwise somehow reverse payment after we've met.

2) Speed. I want to be able to see that payment went through while we are still meeting. Or, if it is showing as "pending", something that cannot still be canceled by the buyer later.
(I ran into a problem with Zelle, which I had thought was nearly instant transfer, but it was in the evening and the transaction still said ‘pending’ for 10+ minutes with the option of the payer to cancel at any time. Apparently Zelle still works according to regular bank hours?)

Thanks!

if your buyer is new on Zelle he is limited to $500 for the first few transactions

Cash App; works well
Venmo; i canceled them as i go a few strange emails. They should have a 2nd person sign off on all outgoing correspondence

nothing wrong with cash

you would be best to do the research or down load the iPhone Store app as "CashApp"
they have a customer support effort in the application under:
AccountSettings->ContactSupport->NotAboutTransaction
