I am at my wits end, ive been trying for 6 hours now but i fail and fail and fail.

But i still cant do it. Ill go through the given steps and point out the problems im having and hopefully someone can mother me through it and show me the light in this tunnel.
I start off by putting my ipod into that reset or whatever mode with the turning off and holding the home button then going into itunes and restoring it yadda yadda.
Then after that (with my ipod still plugged in via usb) (and since i only have one ethernet cable i unhook it from my PC and shove it into the back of my ipod so i have wireless) I go to http://jailbreak.toc2rta.com in safari on my ipod, now it does the ordinary crash thing.
I then go to the folder on my desktop i created with the coppied dll from the itunes folder and i extracted the files from this download http://rapidshare.com/files/61866178/touchFree3.zip and i right click on the application named "touch free" and select run as and then i select ( my user as i am the administrator) and i untick protect my computer.
It then starts running but then i get :
"couldn't create file dropbear_dss_host_key"
"Reason: File Exists"
Now i dont know if that is a problem or not as it seems to continue on anyways.
It then goes through all the steps blah blah on off and so on until i get to the IP address thing. I put in my IP 10.0.1.200 ( i odnt have a pass on my base station and my firewall etc is turned off) But i get that annoying fatal network error thing and everything stops.....
Ive done this over and over i lost count at 7 times and i am making no progress. each time i restore my ipod etc. Can somebody PLEASE tell me what i am doing wrong and how can i overcome this? I would be much appreciative. Thanks!
