Motherboard shield replacement.

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement shield with the silver tab on the top where the long screw goes in? I took apart my phone to replace my screen and I didn't know and I accidentally pulled the shield off and it flew off. Now my WiFi signal is weak and my TomTom won't work correctly either. Thanks!

Anyone? Going on a trip soon and would love to have my TomTom to work if anything happens but let's hope not.
