There are ways, but none of them are legal. I believe After Effects can be had as a standalone for cheaper. I know you can get AE by itself for $350 if you are a student, but I forget what the regular price is. It might be close to $999.
If your a student and have 299 then. Actually heres A LEGAL way. Go to craigslist and find final cut pro 4 hd for 50 bucks. Buy final cut studio 3 upgrade for 299 bucks. Bang done
