Motion and FCP tutorials needed help

Hi

I want to learn to use Motion. I have been using FCP for 6 years now and I have barely use Motion for one other thing but I would like to find a really good tutorial instead of paying the $700+ for a 2 day training.

I know there are great tutorials out there, what is your favorite? I would like to purchase a DVD series or something that can put me on the right track like a pro.

I like the Apple Pro Training series. One for FCP and one for Motion. I did a FCP course (basically FCP 101) and it just followed the book. It was good in that you learn quickly, plus I didn't have to pay for it.

I'm reading Mark Spencer's Motion book and working through the tutorials. Cheaper than a course, but if someone would pony up the money I'd be there in a flash.

I have just ordered How to Cheat in Motion by Patrick Sheffield.
