So I saw in the reveal video the motion background, but I did not hear them mention if this will be exclusive to the 6S or if this will be a part of iOS9, did anyone catch the details?

I didn't hear it mentioned at all. But on the website they're on the iPhone 6s page under the 3D Touch subpage, so I'd assume it's 6s-exclusive.

I kind of expected Apple to say if its a 6S exclusive, I am sure it is, but hoping its not. That is one thing about Android Phones I like is active Wallpaper

No.. That's for the Live Photos, not the lock screen

No, it is on the lock screen. The page quite clearly says to set the live photo as your lock screen wallpaper, then "press to watch it come alive".

Well, with so many people using iOS 9 already... Hasn't anyone tried or mentioned this on an iPhone 6, for example? (I'm asking because I haven't been keeping up lately).
