Hello,

I have exported a video from motion, i turned to a .mov. My client is saying that when he trys and opens the movie , it is leading him to the component page. Which one does he need to download in order to view it? He is a mac user.

That depends. Just like AVI, Quicktime has different codecs. I think the best thing for you to do is recompress it with a more standard Quicktime codec.

H.264 is pretty popular these days. Or I really like Sorenson Video 3, but that's pretty old anymore.

Old isn't necessarily a bad thing. Old means more people are likely to have the proper software and fast enough computers to play the file.
