Hi. I just bought this headset. It connects fine to my iPad. However I can't change the volume through the headset buttons and iTunes doesn't allow me to increase volume.

As the fixed volume is low, outdoors I can't hear anything!

Is this a problem with the headset?

Something is not right. My S9 headset works with both my iPad and iPhone 3GS. All buttons on the headset do what the manual claims.

I have this headset as well and I have no problems adjusting the volume on my iPad using its buttons. It does sound like there's something wrong with the pair you have.

It may have happened that you got a defective peace.Have you talk to Motorola customer care so that they can replace it with a new one.
