Motorola V710 Settlement

I have Verizon and a Motorola V710. Because of the class action suit, I understand that you can get your V710 replaced by a RAZR. My teacher said that he did this and he had a RAZR to prove it. Now, how would I go about doing this? I already contacted Verizon through email but they are totally useless. They just linked me to the legal documents that I really don't understand. Useless.

So, can anyone help me?

I thought the thing was over -- otherwise, I'd definitely want an E815. I went in very recently to the store, however, to change my phone as it was broken and they just shipped me a new V710.
