So I installed mountain Lion a day ago and everything went extremely well when I first started using it, everything felt snappy and fast.

Then when I decided to bring my mouse down to the dock, OSX hanged and after a few minutes of not responding made me have to shut down. Not sure if this was a bluetooth problem for both keyboard and mouse, or an overall system crash.

When it started back up into single-user mode I realised something was most definitely wrong. Typing exit to finish the boot process allowed me to log on, to a much slower OSX system.

Upon review of console the following message appears repeated, 4 times or so every second before the crash:
Code:
28/07/12 12:14:34.546 PM appleeventsd[51]: 10759711: Error #19 (os/kern) urefs overflow attempting to add send right to port ( port:38727 rcv:0,send:65534,d:0). (addSendRight()/XPCHelpers.cp #428) EntitlementsQ

What went wrong and how can this be fixed?
