My mid-2010 13" MacBook Pro won't let me log in to my primary admin account (well I can log in but it logs me straight back out). I wanted to clean install but with a new update of osx (I know mavericks is coming out soon but I can't wait that long). Is it possible if I called at my local apple store I will be able to obtain a physical copy of mountain lion to install?

Edit: I'm currently running snow leopard

Do you own it on the App Store? You can create a bootable flash drive with it for a clean install. That's what I did.

I don't and if I try to open the App Store on any other account it comes up with the error message "You cannot open the application App Store because it may be damaged or incomplete."
