Mountain Lion GM fixed Safari scroll lagging

Finally, the dreaded scroll lagging is gone with ML GM seed. Now my rMBP has similar scroll performance as my old uMBP mid 2009 model.
Verified with a couple of websites, including The Verge.
How did you verify? Did the fps increase?
