I even hate to ask this question....

I have my emails with ML redemption code, but don't know for the life of me where to entered it in the apple store.

Email instructions are:

Open the Mac App Store application.
Select “Redeem” in the Quick Links section of the Mac App Store.
Enter your content code

I have looked all over the website but still no clue

BTW this is apple's Irish website

Anything close is "Redeem Gift Card" which is of no use

Are you sure you're opening the Mac App store found on the dock? Sounds like you are looking at Apple's website to me. You open the App Store app on your computer and then go to the right of the page that loads and there will be a "Redeem" link.
