Hi

When I run this on MLion I get a message saying there are updates available, When it checks there are none! When I run it again it shows updates available still as though the last check has not registered. I used to get a 'last date checked' message!

This has happened after I updated to 10.8.1 - when I did this it said the update could not be installed and the Mac restarted. When I used about this mac it showed 10.8.1!!!

Any ideas guys?

Cheers

Mountain Lion Software Update? Not Yet!

I'm not sure that I want to upgrade to this update until I hear a little bit more about it.But its funny because when I first installed Mountain Lion on my iMac, I began having all types of problems like Unexpected Errors when I would go to my Screensaver Preferences to the Mail Application not closing whenever I tried turning it off.Since then, I did a clean re-install, my OS has been behaving itself and acting very good. But I would hate to go thru something like that again, so I think I'll pass on this Update. At least until there is a major upgrade,Thank You!

All is good here. I am currently running OS X 10.8.1 (12B19) and notice slightly better battery life (30min - 1hour) increase.
