Mountain Lion stuck at beginning of download!!!

I've just purchased ML via the App Store, but its been stuck at the beginning of the download for 2 hours now without moving at all.

I've restarted, but it didn't work.

I couldn't find anyone else with the problem on the forum, but a google search brings a few people with the same issue.

Any help is much appreciated!!
