I have a new Mac on the way and was wondering whether I can install the upgrade program copy of the os x on all my computers or it's somehow limited to that one, thanks!

You can install your free copy on your new Mac. For other Macs, you'll have to buy ML.

After installing on your mac, you can make a recovery disk and install it on your other macs. This will bypass buying ML for all your computers. Of course, this is not the right thing to do.
