i have sent a request to apple for the free upgrade to mountain lion and i still have not got an answer (i sent the email 2 days ago). should i do the process again or just w8 ?

I submitted twice and got mine. If it let's you submit again you might as well.

I submitted my request 7/25 around 9PM, still haven't received an email. I tried to resubmit and it stated the serial # had already been used to make a request. This is pure bologna...Apple should've handled the update program in a smoother fashion. Heads will roll...
