So most of you OS X people know OS X has some relationship to FreeBSD so i figure this could fit!!

I had a FreeBSD machine recently crash on me. And i had a Data drive on it. I am trying to get the files off of it. Well i made another temp FreeBSD machine to get the files off and put it onto my server. The problem I continue to run into is that it says INCORRECT MAGIC NUMBER. I am curious if we have any UNIX gurus around to help me mount this disk. Thanks
