mounting an .iso image as a cd?

I'm new to this so I need someone who can give me step by step instructions.

So far I've downloaded Toast 10 Titanium, because I heard that I need it to assist me with this, but basically what my problem is, is that I have a program that needs a CD to run it, but instead of a CD I have .iso images.

Basically I need to know how to mount the .iso images onto my desktop as a CD so I can run my program successfully, can anyone help?
