I've been having a problem for a long time with the interaction between my Mac and a QNAP and UGREEN NAS. Maybe someone else has an idea. I have two user accounts on my Mac. When I start up my Mac and log in, I use AutoMounter (or CoonectMeNow V4) to mount four folders on my Mac. That works fine so far. But when I log out of one user account and log in with the other, there's a 50/50 chance that the folders will be mounted or not. Both tools (not used simultaneously, of course) see the NAS, but mounting fails due to a timeout. Then I have no choice but to restart the Mac, as manual connection doesn't work either. I've had this problem for 3 or 4 MacOS (major) versions, and at first I thought it was a QNAP issue. But since the same problem occurs with UGREEN, it must be a Mac issue.

Does anyone know of this problem and even have a solution?

Have you tried adding the shares to the Settings > General > Login Items? Press “+” and locate a network share drive. When prompted to save credentials, do so. Select a shared folder. The network shared folder should automatically mount on login.
