MousCase has scratched the bottom of my iPhone

Guys.

I've been using a MousCase for a while now and have just taken it out to clean it (it gets very dusty), and I've noticed that there are lots of scratches along the bottom of my phone. These, presumably, caused by the bumps on the underside of the case itself.

Does anyone else have one of these cases and have you noticed any damage to the phone? I have the space grey 7+ phone.

I contacted Mous, who understandably denied any responsibility for the damage to my new phone, despite showing pictures of the underside of the case where the small hard dots are marked as they've rubbed against the bottom of my phone.

Lesson learned I guess.
