Mouse and Cursor not appearing on boot

Has anyone had issues on their new (2016) MBP where on booting the mouse/cursor does not appear until 30sec to a minute after loading? I know it is supposed to be there because if I click down and drag, that highlights an area, but there is no cursor for about 30 sec after booting. Any help is appreciated!

I have the same problem on my 13" tMBP. I usually use a multitouch gesture like swiping to either side with three fingers, and the cursor will appear. Not a huge problem, but a pretty glaring bug.
