I bought myself a TeckNet mouse the other day and it works fine. Except...!

The back and forward buttons don't work.

Are there any drivers I can download to get this to work?

Thanks,

Jon

There's a third party tool called Better Touch Tool that may be able to assist you in configuring the mouse (I'm not 100% certain but it might be worth a shot), so long as it's able to register the button clicks from the mouse.

There are basically two mouse drivers available for the Mac that work with virtually all mice.

SteerMouse - very simple to setup/use, offers a few nice features. Demo available.

USB Overdrive - extremely overkill for most users, but offers a ton of features and compatibility with more mice/trackballs/keyboards. Demo available.

Both are $20.
