Mouse Freeze for a few seconds occasionally (plugging, unplugging USB, network, etc)

Hi all,

So, I recently bought a rmbp, which is my first Mac (I've since bought a Mini as well). One thing that's slightly annoying (but I don't know if it's normal as I'm new to Mac's in general) is that the rmbp will "freeze" (can't move the mouse) for a few seconds every now and again.

It usually coincides with either adding or removing a USB device, or occasionally when connecting/disconnecting network devices.

I'd assume this isn't normal, as it's a powerful machine, but you never know.

Has anyone else seen this and do you have any advice?

Happens to me too. Not sure why but hopefully a future update will fix it.
