First time poster here, hoping to get some advise / insight.

I have a 2013 MacBook Pro 15" and recently starting using a mouse. I bought the MX Master 3 and paired it via bluetooth and I am experiencing some lag or imprecision. I am not sure exactly how to explain it but it just doesn't feel good, sort of imprecise or slightly laggy
so I started experimenting a bit and found this:

1. I get the same 'feeling' when I connect the mouse to any other mac device (tried a 2014 MacBook Pro 13', 2012 Mac Mini and 2012 MacBook Pro 13") via bluetooth, USB connector and wired.

2. I also experienced that 'feeling' when using the first gen magic mouse.

3. When I connect the MX Master 3 to ANY Windows laptop is feels AMAZING! Very different from the macs. I even connected it via bluetooth to a $200 Dell Laptop and it just feels so much more responsive and accurate.

4. I played around with all the sensitivity settings offered in Mac OS as well as the Logitech software that comes with the MX Master 3 to no avail.

So, my question is this: Am I crazy or is there something different about a mouse between Windows and Mac?

I'm using that mouse with my 13" 2018 MBP and it works well and is smooth.

Here are my settings in the Logi app if it helps.
