I've got a small LCD TV near my iMac that, prior to the iMac, I was using a HDMI>Mini Display Port adapter to run the TV as a second monitor for watching my slingbox on. Interestingly enough I noticed that when I have the adapter plugged into my new i7 that the mouse cursor actually pauses movement every 1-1.5 second or so while it's plugged in. Unplug the display adapter from the computer and the mouse runs like butter. Also, for the record I'm running a Logitech MX518 via USB and have used it on multiple Macs. The weird thing is I ran the slingbox setup on my 13" MBP while I was waiting for the i7 to show up and didn't have this issue. After googling it seems that people a year or two were having a similar issue, but I haven't seen anything recently or any ideas on how to fix it other than not using the adapter at all.

Any ideas? It's not a dealbreaker, but would be nice to fix.

p.s. No, I don't think this is a 27" iMac problem. Haha. So I'm not trying to add it to this list of issues people seem to be having.
