Mouse+keyboard freezes up after awhile

With a software update for the MB(P)s awhile ago, it fixed an issue that I had with the keyboard freezing sometimes. Now, after I installed that update, I am having recurring issues with both the keyboard and mouse freezing up. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks in advance,

Not having any mouse freezes so far, but after that update I've been having a few keyboard freezes, never had them before. However, I'm very new to Mac, I have this MacBook for about a month now. So maybe it would've been the same before the update.
