Mouse keys on a mac

I play the game Runescape and I recently found a guide on how to use mouse keys to help speed up certain tasks in the game. For those of you who have used it on windows, you know that, while holding down control, the mouse makes short jumps, instead of just moving down the screen. On mac however I can't figure out how to do this, if it is even available. The only thing my mouse keys seem to do is move the mouse down at a steady pace.
