I have a wireless logitech performance mouse, and when I am playing WoW the mouse lags constantly, but when I am just on the desktop it works perfectly. Any suggestions on a fix for this?

I thought this topic was already discussed, but I didn't find the thread.

Thnx.

The setting is under your video options. It's named Reduce Input Lag and may help depending on what you mean by mouse lag. IIRC, it'll help clicks seem more responsive, but won't necessarily help with laggy tracking across the screen.

You'll also take an FPS hit when you enable it.

Maybe lag wasn't the right word. Its more choppy, like the receiver isn't reading the mouse when it moves. The mouse works fine when I am in OS X, so I can't figure it out.

Open the video settings of WoW and make sure hardware cursor and the reduce input lag are both checked and see if that helps.

Sounds like there is an issue between the response from the client and the input from the mouse to the receiver. I just don't know if the settings will correct that problem or not.

It seems like the aluminum body of the macbook pro is getting in the way of the signal, because as soon as I put the mouse to the side of the adapter, it works perfectly fine.

Will try those suggestions when I get home today. Thanks.
