Mouse opens help windows instead of applications or files

I must have inadvertently hit a key or something that makes my mouse click open a help window everytime I want to open a window or app or even mail. When I went to Macrumors' forum tab, I had to open a new window entirely!

What is the fix for this? I go to a link and a menu of options drops down.

Very annoying. And slows me down.

Help!

something is pinning down the control key on the lower left of the keyboard.

Or else you've changed a mouse preference, or are right clicking a mighty mouse.

Uh. Sorta embarassing. I type with my legs up on the desk and yes, it was my right knee hitting the control button.
