I have a 24" imac with my resolution at 1920x1200. Until today I was using a wireless Mighty Mouse with Steermouse but the movement still seemed very jagged and jumpy. I didn't have good control over the pointer. At work we have some lame old pc's with very basic non-wireless Microsoft optical mice on all the computers....and they work great. So i had enough today and I went and bought this stupid Microsoft mouse because I need to get some work done and quick...So I plug the dumb thing in, uninstall Steermouse and even this mouse moves in the same crappy jittery manner.?!?*!@&#$ Its not wireless ..it should be very smooth...I have even tried it on multiple surfaces...I dont see how it could be my computer but its starting to seem like it....actually I tried a different non widescreen resolution and it seemed a bit better......
when i look at the little laser underneath the mouse it is kind of flashing...it should be fully on shouldnt it? maybe its the laser thats no good? ....im lost....any help would be appreciated..i need to get some work done...
