Mouse secondary click not working?

I have it set as left side primary and right side secondary but it's not working?
It's also not the mouse because I have tried it with another similar mouse.

I just switched out computers at work to a hand-me-down, but upgrade. I've tried restarting. I don't know what the issue is and I'd REALLY prefer not to have to control+click every time :/

Yes. Here is a screen shot of the set up I currently have.

Mac os sometimes gets funky at does this to me. I sometimes need to restart to fix it...

Yea I've tried restarting, putting in another similar mouse, etc.

I put in a dell mouse and of course it works but I like the trackball on the mac mouses 8(

I'm getting "used to" control + click though
