Mouse sensitivity and acceleration?

Hello,

I will make this simple, as I'm tired of roaming the Internet without finding any answers.

I want to:
Set my OS X mouse sensitivity to the numerical value of 0.25, while maintaining my mouse acceleration off (as a little code-snippet has already done for me (defaults write .GlobalPreferences com.apple.mouse.scaling -1, in Terminal)).

Now, how can I do this?
