Mouse stopped working on Mac Pro 1,1 XP Boot Camp

I've had WinXP working for a long time on this computer and had no issues. However, I don't use it very often and recently I went to use it (specifically to flash a video card) and my mouse doesn't work. I've tried different USB ports, different mice, etc..to no avail. Is this a common problem where something happens to the driver? I've tried searching but didn't find a solution. Thanks!
