Mouse with 360 degree scroll ball/wheel

I'm looking for a mouse other than the mighty mouse with something equivalent to or similar with the scroll ball.

The reason I don't like the usual scroll wheels is that they allow vertical scrolling, and at best horizontal scrolling as well, but not scrolling in any direction as the Mighty Mouse does.

I suspect this is an Apple patent but maybe one of you has an idea to offer.

Kensington has one, but I don't know if the scroll ball works properly in Mac OS...
