I don't know how to really describe this other than once my computer has been on for a while the mouse starts to stutter if I move it too fast and changing windows is slower. Clicks and moments are delayed as well. I have a dual-core macbook pro with 8GB of ram so I'm guessing it's not that and when I keep the activity window open I see nothing really strange when it's happening. I've tried closing individual apps to see if it goes away but it doesn't, it's only fixed after a restart which is a pain. Any ideas? Disk?

I would like to know why this happens to hopefully I can fix it without a restart.

Any ideas? I just rebooted yesterday to fix it and it's already doing it again.
