.MOV file play back issue

Can't seem to get my Mac Mini to play any .Mov files. I just reinstalled Leo after taking it from my daughters room (got her an imac) and I'm using it as another HTPC. These same files used to play on the Mini when it was in her room. They also play on fine on another mini and my iMac. It's got to be something simple, but I can't figure it out.

I've installed Perian & Flip4Mac but that did not make a difference.
 
OK..After another reboot they all seem to be playing. Not sure if it was Perian or maybe it just need another reboot...Sory I jumped the gun on asking for help here
