I downloaded an episode of a show from YouTube (I don't support piracy, but this show isn't available on DVD) and using MPEG Streamclip, I edited the parts of the episode together and converted it to a mov. file to watch in iTunes. However, only the audio will play. The video itself is just a black screen.

I checked the preferences but found no setting that looked like it would help that I could change. I also searched on Google, but the only results I got were people having trouble with audio, not video. The file plays perfectly fine in both QuickTime and MPEG Streamclip, but I'd like for it to play in iTunes.

I have version 9 of iTunes, by the way.
