This may be a silly question but please bear with me.
The iPhone saves video format in MOV format but if I am correct its using the H.264 codec correct? If this is the case is there any issue with renaming the video files to MP4 so that it plays well on players that dont play the MOV format eg: Windows Media Player and the PS3 video player?
I would rather not re-encode the video to get a file extension that can play on nearly all players so I am hoping a simple file rename will do fine.
