Hi,

I do some video editing in Imovie and usually i export in .mov format 1080p. I see that movies in a 42" LCD Full HD.
Today i´ve tried convert one .mov movie to m4v with handbrake and a can't notice differences in image quality, and the file size of m4v is much more smaller than the .mov one.

Should i use .m4v beside .mov or i loose quality even i didn´t notice?

I've been using .m4v for the longest time now. I believe it gives the best quality with the smallest file size.
