move address book from imac g4 to iphone4

I need help moving my wifes address book to her iphone 4 from her imac g4 that runs tiger. I have an iMac running snow leopard and the iphone 4s.

Is there a way to export her address book somewhere (and how do you do that), so I could import it to her iphone and ipad2

Create a Google account and set up contact syncing. Both address book on the Mac and your contacts on the iPhone will sync with this.

Although, not sure about syncing in Tiger, but there should be an option in Google contacts to upload an Address Book (from the Mac).
